Comments about Colorado

If You will come In Colorado, You can see that:
- 50% of the cars have a wing and the other 50% are Pick-up!
- Vitara isn't Suzuki, but It's Subaru!
- guys don't use scooters (what's It??), They use skateboard, rollerblade or bicycle (strange bike as chopper)!
- people wear t-shirts and pants with -5 Celsius!
- the smallest car is Subaru Impreza!
- all guys have I-Pod, but in size of 3x3 meter with a huge headphones!
- there isn't single portion, only family or regiment size!
- the cars stop immediately if only You think to cross the street!
- the people ask if You need help if only You think to look a map!

It isn't strange! It's another world, It's another life... It's USA.

last days, between high and slow!

Hi,
It's some days that I don't write in the blog... Friday I went with Elisa, Nathan, Tony and Daniela to a Mexican restaurant that I don't remember the name, I think "Maya...something". I had some special mexican food, very spiced, but fortunetely there were the "extinguisher", a great white sauce for the "flammable" food! It was a very good nice ending with a long walk to come home and a lot of people met on the street.
Saturday I went with Tony and Altug to do shopping ;-P! I found a Etnies Shoes, white with the red mark and a backpack for the PC!
In the evening we went to to had dinner at the Ruby's, similar a McDonalds, but better! After we wento to the cinema, to watch "There will be blood", a movie for me, with the first 15 minutes of silence!!ahahaha! I understood much of the film, but not so much of speeches!
Before coming home we went to DownTown to walk a little, and the "little" became 2 beers for each, the first in a beautiful pub and the second in a nice little disco. The environment was very interested ;-P!
In Sunday I did't do anythings of interested, I was only sleeping in the morning, I went to the King Sooper on the afternoon and wathing TV on the evening!
Today is a holiday day, but some people work, and I'm between them, but it isn't so bad, because I have much work to do and I found some interested things!

I will become a fat boy!

Yes, sure... I will became a fat boy if I will eat 2 times per day cheeseburgers or burritos (very caloric bombs) because the portion in USA are very big and I must to stay here for a long time. I think is because it's the first weeks that I'm in Bouder and I must use at the USA life.

Tomorrow I will do a meeting with the museum responsible and I hope whose like the things we (me, Daniela and Elisa) will tell them. I will tell You the next days... The weekend is near and I think that It will be very beutiful... Meanwhile I show You a picture with the people that this evening came to me to "THE SKIN" to had dinner. Bye!

Saturday meeting and Rebecca's dinner for the italian delegation

Saturday I met other italian people in Boulder, and we went to Downtown (the center of Boulder) to have dinner. The restaurant was very nice, with an area to drinking and another to eating.
I took a pizza because I didn't known much of the ingredients of the other plates, and I liked It very much; It was different of an italian's pizza, but, in USA all the food is different from the italian food.

Sunday evening I went to Rebecca's house to have dinner...Rebecca is the landlady of Tony, and she had done a big party for us!
I was a nice evening,with a lot of happy people and a very friendly atmosphere. I met Jeremy, the children of Rebecca, who is very big and tall for his years and he was very happy because He likes italian people (He has the italian national song in the I-pod!!!). In the next space there is some picture of Sunday evening. Bye.

Nice to meet to all people whose look this blog! In this I'm going to write my US experience...I hope that more people find It interested...

I'm in Boulder (Colorado) from last Sunday, It was a strong week, when I meet my appartment friends, I saw a very big squirrel and I started to work at the CU at Boulder at L3D!

I'm not very able to write in english but I hope that I will became better with the time in USA...
